POSITION:
Amazáe Special Events Studio Intern
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: supporting day-to-day office, business, and event tasks
Assistant Duties include, but not limited to:
- Manage office activities, ensuring the office runs smooth (includes minor tidying up, stocking office with supplies, running required errands, etc.)
- Assist with preparation of scheduling and calendar management, meeting notification to attendees, preparation of materials, etc.
- Prioritize and route action items: follow-up on all action items in a timely manner
- Assist event designer, coordinator, or associate with various tasks to ensure overall success of event and exceed client expectations
- Day of event management tasks include, but are not limited to: attend rehearsals/walk-throughs, set-up, wrap-up, vendor communication, timeline creation and implementation, manage unforeseen issues
- Provide assistance with writing, editing, and publishing blogs
- Assist with in house marketing social events
- Assist, attend and represent the company at networking events
- Assist web-designer with updates, obtaining website content and photographs
- Assist with a wide range of diverse client and vendor issues
- Various vendor pick-up and drop-offs
- Assist with in house marketing social events
HOURS/PAY:
- Pay based on experience
- 3 Month Internship trial for school credit available
- 15-20 hours a week

POSITION:
Amazáe Special Events Database Intern
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: supporting database activities (clients, vendors, pictures, etc.)
Database Intern Duties include, but not limited to:
- Development of database (physical database and manage online database) for clients, vendors, suppliers, and other resources
- Management
- Create, mange and document process for customers from planning to long term relationship management
- Assist with in house marketing social events
- Assist and attend Networking events as needed
- Prioritize, route and follow-up on all action items in a timely manner
- Assist web-designer website content updates
- Assist with a wide range of diverse client and vendor issues

POSITION:
Amazáe Special Events Graphic Designer
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a strong designer to contribute to the creative process for developing print materials including logo design, sketches, illustrator, storyboards, ads, web sites, signage, and more for our company.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in the arts, graphic design or related field and a minimum of three years professional design experience or the equivalent combination of education and
- Strong creative graphic design skills, a good design sense, and proven portfolio of creating high-quality cross-platform visuals
- Understanding of usability and user-centric web design; web development skills are preferred (including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
- Conceptual with ability to identify trends and show concepts from rough through final stages required
- High level of skill with graphic design on the Mac platform preferably, advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 (minimum of version 3.0).
- Experience working with print vendors, creating files for print and experience attending press checks
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills required
- Experience with content management systems
- Strong attention to detail, ability to effectively and succinctly communicate design rationale, adaptable, competent, motivated, ambitious, hard-worker
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Other projects as they arise
HOURS/PAY:
- 10 – 15 hours a week
