We recently hired Amazae to coordinate our wedding and I must say it was the best decision we made during the whole process (outside of the decision to say I do of course.) :P Crystal was an amazing coordinator from start to finish. She provided constant updates and was flexible on our meetings. Her timelines were extremely well-organized and we both found it wonderful to work with her to fill in the gaps on the timeline as the date approached. When the date finally came, Crystal was there and making sure everyone was in their proper places. What's great is she always did it with a smile on her face. I've been to friends weddings and you end up hating the coordinator by the time the whole thing is done. Crystal is the first coordinator that I've seen keep everything in line and come out with the bride & groom giving her a hug by the end. When we had issues with our caterer on the place settings and light fixtures that were problematic, she quickly worked to resolve the issues. Bottom line is Crystal is hands-down the best coordinator out there. A wedding coordinator is a must-have item for any couple planning a wedding. It takes a lot of stress out of the planning process as well as the day-of stuff. We will always keep her in mind when our friends and family are looking for a coordinator.
